5 Axis CNC Machining

Due to the requirement for ever more complicated machined parts we took the decision to invest in a number of 5 Axis CNC milling Stations. For complex items such as Turbines, impellor blades and custom Automotive engine components, the only way to machine them efficiently, accurately and cost effectively is on a 5 Axis milling station.

5 axis machining also enables us to cut our lead times down dramatically due to the ability to take multiple cuts from the component in one go. This saves on both time and cost, with these savings being passed on to our customers, we try to ensure we are at the forefront of delivery and cost.
