• NADCAP approved spark and wire EDM facility
• Super finishing
• Sub-Contract Manufacturing*

• Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
• Design and production of tooling and fixtures for machining and investment castings
• 50T Wax Injection machinery for full functionality testing of all Precision Cast tooling

All our tooling is CMM inspected against CAD Model or customer specified critical features. Our quality approvals include:

• PGT Ceewrite operates PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) and Advanced Product Quality Management (APQM)
