CNC Milling Capability
At PGT Ceewrite our CNC Milling capability has been recently extended with a full range of Mikron CNC Milling Machines. These machines feature both 5-axis and 9-axis milling which makes it possible to machine a wide variety of shapes and surfaces in one chucking. This reduces set up time and cost, and increases dimensional accuracy as it ensures that no errors occur during re-positioning.

To help ensure the accuracy and reliability of your parts all of our CNC Milling machines are fully maintained and checked for positional accuracy.
Continued investment in technology enables PGT Ceewrite to meet your need for complex parts in materials ranging from Aluminium, to Stainless Steel, Super Duplex and Titanium. It also means we can CNC Milling to a tolerance of +/- 0.01mm
