EDM Capability

With a combination of Wire Erosion and Spark Erosion machines with varying specifications at PGT Ceewrite we have the capability to run both large volume production runs and smaller batch, or prototype production runs. With tolerances running to 0.1 microns, the machinery we have ensures Quality is number one on the list.

The AgieCharmilles machines were chosen as they are the most versatile 4 Axis machines on the market. The principle of having 4 Axis’ moving independently allows highly complex shapes to be machined uniformly, and most importantly reliably every time.

With both Spark and Wire Erosion capability, it allows us to look at the design and part complexity and ensure you get the highest quality part by using the most suited process to manufacture it to your exacting tolerances.
